Responsibilities

• Maintain fast and consistent food services.
• Ensure drinks & dessert meet brand standards & SOP.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
• Conduct daily quality checks.
• Ensure food and drinks are served within target timing.
• Identify and report bottlenecks in kitchen flow.
• Control wastage, stock usage and portioning.
• Monitor daily inventory and ordering.
• Ensure bar and serving area comply with hygiene standards.
• Maintain grooming according to company standards.
