Job summary

IDC Foods Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated restaurant/ hospitality professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure high standards of food quality and service.

Role requires multitasking, composure under pressure, and attention to detail. Training will cover safety procedures, daily operations, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and good teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and dining area at all times.
• Follow all food handling and safety procedures.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Participate in daily opening and closing duties.
• Attend training sessions and team briefings as required
