Job summary

Elyss is currently managing Restoran Ayam Gepuk and is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Kitchen Crew. If you have passion for excellent customer service and smooth restaurant operations, we would love to have you join our team.

1. Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation

• Assist in preparing raw ingredients (chopping, marinating, measuring ingredients) according to standard recipes.
• Cook or prepare dishes according to customer orders quickly and consistently.
• Ensure food presentation (plating) is neat and complies with set quality standards.
• Organize raw ingredient stock following the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.

2. Customer Service & Counter Operations

• Greet incoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders at the counter or table and handle payment transactions (Cashier).
• Deliver food and beverages to customer tables accurately and promptly.
• Assist in answering customer inquiries regarding the menu or daily promotional offers.

3. Premises Hygiene & Sanitation

• Clear tables (bus-up), wipe down surfaces, and rearrange chairs after customers finish their meals.
• Wash dishes, cookware, and manage waste disposal according to the scheduled routine.

4. Safety & Teamwork

• Adhere to food safety standards (possess valid Typhoid Vaccination & Food Handler Certification).
• Wear a clean uniform and maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Actively collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations, especially during peak hours.
