Elyss HQ Trading seeks a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at Restoran Ayam Gepuk. You will supervise service flow, ensure quick, accurate order-taking, and maintain high standards of guest care.

You will train new crew, manage scheduling, and uphold hygiene, stock controls, and equipment checks to ensure smooth dining experiences for customers. This role calls for hands-on leadership during peak hours and a commitment to cost control and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Direct front-of-house and kitchen teams to keep service fast during peak hours.
• Ensure accurate order-taking, quick serving, and high service quality.
• Oversee register operations, daily float counts, and end-of-day sales closing.
• Address customer feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Quality Control: Check food presentation to keep chicken, sambal, and sides consistent.
• Hygiene Standards: Enforce strict cleanliness and food safety rules across all kitchen and dining areas.
• Stock Checks: Inspect cold storage daily to ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and avoid spoilage.
• Staff Training: Train new crew members on service SOPs, safety rules, and daily tasks.
• Team Supervision: Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and uniform compliance to maintain daily operational standards.
• Stock Counting: Track raw ingredients, chicken, sambal spices, and packaging daily to reorder on time.
• Wastage Reduction: Monitor ingredient usage to minimize food waste and portion errors.
• Equipment Checks: Inspect fryers, rice cookers, chillers, and POS hardware daily.
• Issue Reporting: Report broken equipment or facility repairs immediately to management.
