Job description

Prepare food ingredients before kitchen operations, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables.

Assist kitchen staff in unloading and receiving food supplies from delivery trucks.

Store ingredients and food items properly in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Wash and dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and cutting boards thoroughly.

Organize and store kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes in their designated places.

Assist in packing takeaway orders accurately and efficiently.

Dispose of kitchen waste, replace garbage bags, and clean garbage bins regularly.

Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.

Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.

Follow food safety procedures and workplace health and safety guidelines.
