Zuellig Pharma is seeking an Inventory Management professional to plan, control, and oversee client inventory activities in Malaysia. You will work with clients, warehouse teams, principals, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and excellent service.

The role requires coordinating stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliations, managing inbound deliveries, and ensuring records are properly updated in SAP.

Qualificações

• Experience in inventory management and coordination with internal teams or clients.
• Strong communication skills to manage internal/external stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulatory/compliance standards (ISO, GDP, GMP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, control and oversee clients' inventory management activities to maintain accuracy and service levels.
• Oversee stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and inbound shipments, ensuring stock availability and timely updates.
• Manage inbound inventory processes by raising POs and delivery documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (ISO, GDP, GDP, GMP).
• Monitor inventory-related transactions and reporting, including recalls and transshipments.
