Job summary

ResMed is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our Malaysia-based warehouse team. You will partner with internal stakeholders and 3PLs to maintain accurate inventory levels across all local warehouses, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely material availability for manufacturing.

You will perform system transactions, conduct cycle counts, support compliance, and work with the global inventory control team to improve procedures and SOPs in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related discipline.
• 2+ years in inventory management, warehousing, or related ops.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy across all country warehouses and ensure records align with system transactions.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Generate replenishment reports aligned to production plans to ensure material availability for manufacturing.
• Perform system inventory transactions including stock requests, adjustments, returns, and transfers per policies.
• Execute and govern cycle counts and observation counts for internal and 3PL warehouses with variance analysis.
