Job summary

DKSH Malaysia seeks a Senior Executive, Inventory Management and Logistics to oversee inventory and logistics for the Performance Material unit. You will coordinate with 3PLs, manage SAP-based processing, and drive accuracy in procurement, invoicing, and KPI reporting.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement across supply chain activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with understanding of transport and warehouse operations.
• SAP MM/WM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics coordination, material management, and inventory with 3PLs.
• Manage material code creation and inventory handling with the 3PL warehouse.
• Coordinate with outbound team and DC for goods returns and reporting.
• Maintain List Price, Salesman Codes, PIRs, and cost calculations in SAP.
• Liaise with stakeholders on 3PL issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support monthly operational KPI reporting.
• Process procurement requests: Management Papers, PRs, POs, GRs, payments.
• Manage invoice optimization and verification in Readsoft and GAPIM.
• Follow up with country PIC to resolve workflows promptly.
• Ensure accurate invoicing within SLA and KPI targets.
• Identify process issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Carry out reporting duties within timelines.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
