Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Key Accounts Development Intern in Malaysia to gain hands-on experience in sales performance analysis, channel insights, market intelligence, and channel enablement. You will support initiatives that improve key account productivity and strengthen channel performance through data-driven insights.

The role offers exposure to Modern Trade operations, cross-functional collaboration, and development of practical analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong business and technical understanding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and preparing reports.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse key account sales performance to identify trends.
• Analyse channel insights and market intelligence to support initiatives.
• Support visitation effectiveness and reporting for Modern Trade.
• Prepare reports and insights for channel development projects.
• Assist with data-driven decision-making and project tracking.
