• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Dealer & Retail Channel Performance Support: Analyse dealer and retail channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and work with regional teams to improve productivity and overall performance.
• Frontline Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor frontline sales performance, identify operational challenges and sales barriers, and provide insights to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness.
• Sales Incentive Programme Support: Design, track, and evaluate sales incentive programmes by analysing sales behaviours and trends.
• Device Campaign & Promotion Analysis: Track sales performance of handset campaigns, analyze market and customer trends, and identify opportunities to increase device adoption and revenue.
• Retail Compliance & Campaign Execution: Monitor retail execution standards, identify gaps, support audit follow-ups, and coordinate rollout of campaigns across channels.
