Job summary

Whealer Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of corporate clients across banking, insurance, financial services and telecommunications. You will serve as a trusted Learning & Development partner, aligning client goals with training programmes and expanding relationships.

The role requires strong communication, relationship management and the ability to engage HR, L&D and business leaders at various levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications or related field.
• Experience in account management, client success, corporate sales or another client-facing role.
• Experience in training, HR, L&D or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Confident in communicating with HR, L&D and business stakeholders at different levels.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proactive, responsible and commercially minded.
• Comfortable identifying account growth and new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp claimable training is an advantage.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to client sites in Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts as the main point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D and business leaders.
• Understand each client’s business objectives, people challenges and training requirements.
• Develop account plans and conduct regular client reviews to identify upcoming training needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal training and delivery teams to ensure programmes meet client expectations.
• Monitor client satisfaction and follow up on feedback, concerns and programme outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional programmes and services.
• Maintain accurate client information, activities and follow-ups in internal systems.
• Support client retention by building long-term, trusted relationships.
• Provide regular updates on account activities, opportunities and growth.
