Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Packaging Solutions or CM welcomed.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments and intercompany teams.
• Assist sales on RFQ.
• Organize tasks, paperwork, and delivery follow-up.
• Send samples to customers when required.
