Job summary

GS Paperboard & Packaging Group invites applications for a customer service support role at the Kulai, Johor site (UKB plant). You will handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support sales with RFQs.

The role requires strong communication across English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Flexible hours may be mentioned in the posting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or business-related qualification required.
• Experience in Total Packaging Solutions or CM welcomed.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu).

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Handling customer enquiries, complaints, suggestions and general feedback.


• 2. Coordinating with internal departments / Intercompany (Key Account & Support team).


• 3. Assist sales personnel on RFQ.


• 4. Organized, detail-oriented & able to manage multiple tasks (coordination, paperwork, customer forecast & delivery follow-up)


• 5. Send samples to customer when required.

Requirements

• Job Requirements:- Applicants to be based in Kulai, Johor (UKB plant).


• - Preferably Diploma/Business-related qualification. Someone who experience in Total Packaging Solutions or work in CM is welcomed too.


• - Ability to work systematically and possess analytical thinking skills.


• - Looking for communication ability in multiple languages, such as English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu.


• - Must have good communication skills and be able to liaise with customers and internal departments.


• - Able to handle enquiries, complaints, suggestions or customer requests promptly.


• - Proactive and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.


• - Flexibility / ability to work under varying conditions. Sometimes “flexible hours” are mentioned.
