Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Key Account Executive to support our Key Account Management team in sales operations, retail account coordination, marketing activities, and in-store campaign execution. • Provide operational and administrative support to the Key Account Management team.
• Assist in sales planning, coordination, and execution.
• Coordinate campaign materials, product displays, POSM, samples, testers, and promotional items.
• Assist in in-store campaign preparation and execution.
• Prepare sales reports, documents, proposals, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Support event setup, roadshows, product launches, and retail activation activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, retailers, promoters, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

We are a distributor specializing mainly in skincare and cosmetics, working with various beauty brands and retail partners in Malaysia. We are looking for a motivated and organized Key Account Executive to support our Key Account Management team in sales operations, retail account coordination, marketing activities, and in-store campaign execution. This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in the beauty and retail industry and would like to gain hands-on experience in key account management, sales planning, marketing coordination, product launches, and retail campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support to the Key Account Management team

Assist in sales planning, coordination, and execution

Communicate and coordinate with retail buyers on daily operational matters

Prepare sales reports, documents, proposals, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Support internal operation systems and data management

Assist in in-store campaign preparation and execution

Support event setup, roadshows, product launches, and retail activation activities

Coordinate campaign materials, product displays, POSM, samples, testers, and promotional items

Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives to support retail partners and improve sales performance

Work closely with internal teams, retailers, promoters, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

About you

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus

IT background or basic technical knowledge is an advantage

Interest in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or retail is an advantage

Good organizational and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Able to support occasional on-site events, campaign setups, and retail activities when required
