Job summary

Youvit is a fast-growing vitamin gummy brand in Southeast Asia. The Senior KAM and Country Lead set the JBP, trading terms and annual targets; you ensure every promo, PO and display in that plan lands on shelf, on time, with healthy stock behind it.

In Malaysia we run a lean team, so this role suits a well-rounded commercial generalist who can handle sell-out reports, buyer meetings and in-store execution. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in FMCG, health & beauty or consumer health sales (Key Account/Modern Trade).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, weekly dashboard from retailer sell-out data.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and own transport for store visits.

Responsibilities

• JBP follow-through and sales planning: track promos, displays, listings, trainings; flag slippage.
• Prepare monthly account sales plans by SKU and input to six-month rolling forecast with Trade Marketing and Operations.
• Raise or prompt POs in line with the plan and manage through delivery and on-shelf status.
• Prepare buyer meeting packs with last-month performance, promo results, stock health and next-month asks.
• Submit monthly promo mechanics, manage revisions and approvals; ensure price and mechanic compliance in store.
• Ensure stock is in place before each promo goes live and monitor post-promo uplift and cost per incremental unit.
• Monitor price consistency across retailers and online marketplaces; flag gaps for action.
• Healthy stock and on-shelf availability: review weekly sell-out, OOS, expiry; propose flush-out actions.
• Identify overstock and slow movers; coordinate with Operations and distributor to keep OSA ≥ 95% on core SKUs.
• Visibility and in-store execution: implement planograms, displays, POSM; visit stores and log findings.
• Support frontliner engagement and product training in priority stores.
• Commercial hygiene and insight: submit promo claims on time; reconcile with Finance; track deductions.
