The role requires effective communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, a proactive mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets through collaboration with marketing and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the local market, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless sales experience
