• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial) or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; internship experience in engineering, project management, sales or client servicing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, drawings, and blueprint interpretation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, resourceful, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Willing to learn and develop technical and commercial skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating drawings, CAD designs, schematics, and specifications to align with client requirements.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources for timely execution.
• Participate in site visits and assessments, identify issues, support senior engineers with solutions.
• Ensure activities follow QA, safety, and industry standards.
• Research potential clients and market opportunities, supporting lead generation.
• Assist in presenting technical solutions, demos, and product features per customer needs.
• Support preparation of technical proposals, scopes, costs, and quotations with guidance.
• Maintain communication with clients and provide after-sales coordination.

This position offers an opportunity to develop both engineering and business development capabilities by supporting technical projects, coordinating project activities, and assisting with sales initiatives. You will work closely with engineers, business development professionals, and clients across different industries to understand project requirements, provide technical support, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating engineering drawings, CAD designs, schematics, and project specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements
• Support the coordination of project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources to facilitate timely and efficient project execution
• Participate in site visits and project assessments, identifying potential technical issues and assisting senior engineers with appropriate solutions
• Ensure project activities follow relevant quality assurance procedures, safety requirements, and applicable industry standards
• Research potential clients and market opportunities while supporting lead generation activities across various industries
• Assist in presenting technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and explaining product features based on customer needs
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, project scopes, cost estimates, and commercial quotations with guidance from senior team members
• Maintain communication with existing clients, respond to project-related inquiries, and provide after-sales coordination to promote customer satisfaction

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or any related technical field
• Open to fresh graduates. Candidates with internship experience in engineering, project management, sales, or client servicing will have an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, technical drawings, and blueprint interpretation
• Familiarity with engineering design applications such as AutoCAD is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
