Job summary

Infinite M & E Sdn Bhd is seeking a Non-Executive candidate to monitor project quality plans, manage resources from start-up to closeout, and supervise construction works on site.

The role requires a diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, knowledge of HVAC, and good communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and CAD knowledge is a plus for project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of air-conditioning knowledge and related HVAC spare parts.
• Knowledge of Auto-Cad will be added advantage.
• Good attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project quality plan, work program and cash flow & progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing resources throughout the project from start-up through closeout and ensure owner's expectation is met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel follow company rules & regulations.
• Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
• Ensure installations, servicing and/or maintenance works are according to drawing, contract specification and work schedule.
• Attend site progress meetings, coordination meetings, safety meetings and site inspections.
• Attend valuation of progress claims with client and/or consultants’ representative.
• Ensure day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned to Project Managers when work commences in the field.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio including up-selling and cross-selling.
