Job summary

Civora Engineering Sdn Bhd is hiring a motivated and responsible Junior Site Supervisor to join our growing team and support our Telecommunication, Fibre Optic and Data Centre Infrastructure projects.

You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate contractors/subcontractors, manpower, materials and site activities. Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Telecommunication or related technical fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, fibre optic, civil infrastructure or data centre projects is advantageous.
• Able to read basic technical and site drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites.
• Valid driving licence and own transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and work progress.
• Coordinate contractors/subcontractors, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor fibre optic and civil infrastructure works including trenching, ducting, manhole works, cable installation, splicing and testing.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer/Project Manager, clients and relevant parties on site matters.
• Prepare site progress reports, photographs and basic project documentation.
• Assist with testing, as-built documentation and project handover.
