Job summary

Civora Engineering Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Junior Site Supervisor to support telecom, fibre optic and data centre infrastructure projects in Shah Alam. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

The role involves site supervision, drawing interpretation, and coordination with Project Engineers. Valid driving licence and own transport are preferred, and CIDB Green Card is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and work progress.
• Coordinate contractors/subcontractors, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor fibre optic and civil infrastructure works including trenching, ducting, manhole works, cable installation, splicing and testing.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer/Project Manager, clients and relevant parties on site matters.
• Prepare site progress reports, photographs and basic project documentation.
• Assist with testing, as-built documentation and project handover.

Civora Engineering Sdn Bhd is hiring a motivated and responsible Junior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor to join our growing team and support our Telecommunication, Fibre Optic and Data Centre Infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities and work progress.

Coordinate contractors/subcontractors, manpower, materials and site activities.

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.

Monitor fibre optic and civil infrastructure works including trenching, ducting, manhole works, cable installation, splicing and testing.

Coordinate with Project Engineer/Project Manager, clients and relevant parties on site matters.

Prepare site progress reports, photographs and basic project documentation.

Assist with testing, as-built documentation and project handover.

About you

Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Telecommunication or other related technical fields.
