Job summary

Hormann Doors Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will review drawings, provide technical guidance to workers, and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve site issues.

Diploma or Degree in engineering is required; strong communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of safety and building codes are essential.

The Junior Site Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves supervising and coordinating site operations, liaising with project teams, contractors, and clients, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The Junior Site Engineer will be involved in the technical aspects of the construction process, from initial design through to final handover.
