Crystalace Deco Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our project and commercial teams in financial tracking, material measurement, and cost control for premium interior fit-out projects.

Key duties include preparing measurements and Bills of Quantities, sourcing materials, assisting with quotations, site valuations, and tracking variation orders to protect margins. Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience are welcome; fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience (interior fit-out / soft furnishing background is an advantage).
• High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Contract: Prepare measurements, material take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) from drawings.
• Pre-Contract: Source materials/subcontractors and compile competitive cost comparison sheets.
• Pre-Contract: Assist in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
• Post-Contract: Perform site visits and joint measurements for monthly progress valuations and claims.
• Post-Contract: Attend site meetings with main contractors, IDs, and clients to clarify commercial queries.
• Post-Contract: Track and document Variation Orders (VOs) to prevent margin leakage.
• Post-Contract: Maintain organized claim records and assist in final account settlements.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract:

Prepare measurements, material take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) from drawings.

Post-Contract:

Requirements & Qualifications
