Hin Getah (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Junior QAQC Executive to assist the QA-QC Executive in overseeing QC for incoming, in-process and finished products, and to manage quality-related documentation.

The role works with production, QA and auditors to resolve quality issues, develop processes, and ensure compliance with DOSH and DOE requirements. 8.00am–6.00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Quality Management/Science or related field.
• 1 or 2 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
• Quality Management System & 5 core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC).
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Good communications skills and fluent in English.
• Valid car driving license - D.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes and experience with quality control tools and technique.
• Strong attention to detail, defect tracking and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance with DOSH and DOE requirements.
• Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm.

Responsabilidades

• Assist QA-QC Executive to oversee QC for in-coming materials, in-process and finished products.
• Collaborate with Production Controller and Supervisors to resolve quality problems.
• Assist QA-QC Executive to oversee calibration program of all IMT equipment.
• Liaise with customer regarding complaints.
• Prepare 8D report on corrective actions.
• Assist/Oversee New Part Development and PPAP processes.
• Audit internal quality processes (QMS, MP, Product audits).
• Liaise with 2nd/3rd party auditors during audits.
• Manage QMS documentations (QM, PM & WI).
• Analyze data to improve KPI and ensure industry standards compliance.

Junior QAQC Executive in Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing). The role involves assisting the QA-QC Executive to oversee QC for in-coming materials, in-process and finished products, and managing quality-related processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist QA-QC Executive to oversee QC for in-coming materials, in-process and finished products
• Collaborate with Production Controller, Compounding Supervisor, Production Supervisor & QC Supervisor to resolve quality related problems
• Assist QA-QC Executive to oversee calibration program of all IMT (inspection, measuring & testing) equipment
• Liaise with customer in the event of customer complaint (customer representative)
• Prepare 8D report on corrective actions taken to resolve customer complaint
• Assist/Oversee New Part Development process & preparation of Production Part Approval Process
• Auditor for internal quality audit process (QMS audit, MP audit & Product audit)
• Liaise with 2nd & 3rd party auditors during such audits
• Manage the QMS documentations (creation, issuance, revision, deletion etc.) for e.g. QM, PM & WI
• Analysis of data to improve KPI related to quality authorities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

About you

• Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Quality Management/Science or related field
• 1 or 2 years of relevant QA/QC experience
• Quality Management System & 5 core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC)
• Advanced skills in MS Office
