Private Advertiser in Subang Airport, Selangor, is seeking a Junior QA Document Controller to join our Quality Assurance and Control team on a full-time basis. You will manage and organise QA documentation, ensuring ISO compliance and up-to-date file control.

Working in manufacturing and logistics, you’ll support audits, maintain logs and version control, and liaise with production and admin teams to ensure accurate, retrievable records and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in QA, Engineering or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Experience with document management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Organising, indexing and maintaining ISO quality assurance documentation in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements as guided by Head of Department
• Receiving, processing and distributing quality control documents to relevant departments and personnel
• Ensuring all QA documents are accurately filed, easily retrievable and properly archived
• Assisting with the creation and updating of document control logs and tracking systems
• Conducting regular audits of documentation to identify discrepancies or missing records
• Supporting the preparation of quality documentation for internal and external audits
• Liaising with production, quality and administrative teams to gather and verify documentation
• Maintaining database records and ensuring version control of all quality documents
• Assisting with the implementation of document control procedures and improvements
• Responding to document-related queries from internal and external stakeholders

About the role

The Company is seeking a Junior QA Document Controller to join our Quality Assurance and Control team on a full-time basis. Based at our facility in Subang Airport, Selangor, this role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our quality documentation systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards. As a Junior QA Document Controller, you will support the management and organisation of quality assurance documentation, playing a vital part in our commitment to delivering products of the highest quality. Key responsibilities

Organising, indexing and maintaining ISO quality assurance documentation in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements as guided by Head of Department

What we're looking for

A qualification in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field (diploma or higher preferred)

Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

Experience with document management systems or database software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

The ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment

Understanding of quality control principles and ISO standards (such as ISO 9001) is advantageous

A keen eye for identifying discrepancies and maintaining documentation standards

Strong time management abilities and the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks

Familiarity with the manufacturing or logistics industry would be beneficial
