• Receive work orders from Assistant Purchasing Manager and execute tasks as per order requirements.
• Clarify with customers via Marketing department for any unclear item descriptions.
• Submit quotation worksheets to Assistant Purchasing Manager within the specified time frame for approval and amendments as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of stores for confirmed orders from suppliers.
