Job summary

TTMC Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement professional to manage daily purchasing activities for local and overseas suppliers. You will source quotations, negotiate pricing, and prepare Purchase Orders while tracking orders and delivery dates to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and sales teams, monitor stock needs, and manage purchasing documents, including overseas shipments, while maintaining accurate supplier records.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing activities for local and overseas suppliers.
• Source and compare supplier quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up on order status, delivery dates and outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, sales and other departments.
• Monitor stock requirements and purchasing needs.
• Handle purchasing documents and overseas shipment arrangements.
• Maintain proper supplier and purchasing records.
