Job summary

Menang Nusantara Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Junior Purchasing Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of non-raw/indirect materials and services across all departments.

Fresh graduates or junior executives are welcome and manufacturing experience is a plus. Ideal candidates are proficient in MS Office, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and can read, write, and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
• Fresh graduates or junior executives welcomed; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to read, write, and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and compare materials from local and overseas suppliers.
• Prepare and email purchase orders; monitor timely delivery of goods and services.
• Perform 3-way matching of PO, DO and Invoices; complete goods receipt in the system for payment submission.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on delivery dates, quantities and specifications.
• Support internal and external audits activities.
• Assist with supplier evaluation, selection and performance management.
• Maintain records of purchase plans, orders, budgets, supplier information and related documents.
• Submit Custom Duties Exemption Reports and assist with tax exemptions as needed.
