Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, organized and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of purchasing activities.
• Source new suppliers and evaluate quality, costs, delivery, and financial status.
• Consider purchasing and using materials with minimal environmental impact.
• Liaise with suppliers on customer orders for planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with suppliers on stock control based on production capability.
• Monitor external providers' performance.
• Liaise with suppliers for corrective actions on delivery and quality problems; support quality and environmental systems.
