Job summary

Mokko Sdn Bhd is seeking a junior Project & Customer Service Coordinator to support quotation, estimation, invoicing, and production coordination for an interior design and cabinetry business. You will work with sales, drafting, and production teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.

Fluent Mandarin and English are required to liaise with the factory, production floor, and clients. Basic reading of 2D plans and CAD drawings, plus strong Excel/Sheets skills, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or QS.
• 1–2 years in renovation or cabinetry admin may be considered.
• Mandarin and English fluency for factory and client liaison.
• Basic ability to read 2D floor plans and CAD drawings.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for pricing and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review layout plans and material requirements, apply price formulas, and issue quotations within 24–48 hours.
• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and CheckHero; update contractors and clients on status.
• Issue deposit invoices, progress billings, and final invoices; follow up on overdue balances.
• Coordinate between sales, drafting, and production to align measurements with cutting lists and delivery dates.
• Record punch-list/touch-up requests and coordinate after-service delivery.
