Job summary

REDWOOD PROJECTS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in supervising workshop and project site activities in Johor Bahru.

You will coordinate with workshop, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality installation. Responsibilities include monitoring daily progress, inspecting materials, maintaining safety on site, and documenting issues for corrective action.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior renovation and carpentry on construction sites.
• Proficiency with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
• Attend site meeting if required.
• Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe and proper manner.
• Monitor daily progress at the project site.
• Inspect purchased materials delivered to the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Supervise general workers regarding installations and constructions.
• Identify and record quality control problems during production or site work.
• Determine causes of quality problems and initiate corrective action.
• Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records.
• Provide information for shipping documents and packing lists.

6. Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.

7. Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.

8. Conduct project site inspection on a regular basic.

9. Supervise the general workers with regards to the installations and constructions.

10. Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.

11. Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.

12. Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.

13. Responsible for providing information for shipping documents and compounding packing list.
