Job summary

Mr Bagus Malaysia is seeking a responsible Site Coordinator to oversee carpentry and cabinetry installation works at project sites. The role connects sales/design, production, installers, clients, contractors, and management to ensure smooth progress from measurement to handover.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of managing site issues professionally, with willingness to travel to Kuching and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, renovation, interior design, construction, or site coordination preferred.
• Able to read basic drawings, measurements, and layout plans.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site pressure.
• Willing to travel to project sites around Kuching and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Attend project sites for measurement and site checking, and confirm layouts.
• Coordinate between clients, sales/design, production, installers, and contractors.
• Record defects, changes, and site issues for internal records.
• Prepare site measurement records, photos, installation reports, and handover docs.
• Ensure installation works follow drawings and company standards and assist in handover.
