Ceg in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support client and stakeholder coordination, treasury and banking coordination, and project delivery support. You will convert requirements into structured deliverables, manage actions across meetings and maintain comprehensive trackers.

This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and involves coordinating with banks, advisers and vendors to ensure timely progress and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple project workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and trackers.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional communications.
• Experience in professional services or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine client and stakeholder discussions with clear decisions, actions, owners and next steps.
• Provide accurate visibility of progress, dependencies, risks and completion dates.
• Coordinate clients, internal teams, banks, advisers and vendors to avoid delays.
• Turn treasury requests into clear requirements with owners and target dates.
• Maintain trackers and records for actions, deadlines, risks, decisions and escalations.
• Adapt to changing priorities while keeping revised instructions and responsibilities documented.
• Produce meeting agendas and records capturing decisions and owners.
