- Estimate technical project timelines in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate technical reviews and sign-offs for deliverables.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical decisions and architecture changes.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical project documentation.
- Facilitate technical knowledge sharing between team members.
- Report on technical progress and challenges to leadership.
- Coordinate technical testing efforts and validate test coverage.
- Review test results and coordinate bug fixes with engineering teams.
- Ensure technical requirements are met before deployment.
- Monitor post-deployment issues and coordinate resolutions.
