Job summary

Primus Core Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Project Executive in Selangor to support IT projects from planning to delivery. You will work closely with clients, project managers, developers and vendors to ensure projects meet scope, timelines and quality.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/PM, 1–3 years in project coordination, strong written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and travel to client sites when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT, software development or a related environment.
• Good understanding of IT/software development project processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring IT/software development projects.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, meetings and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide project updates and coordinate feedback.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, system administrators, vendors and other technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, progress reports, issue logs and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and raise them to the Project Manager where necessary.
• Assist in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), system implementation and project deployment.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, demonstrations and project discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure action items are completed within the agreed timeframe.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, presentations and technical/commercial documentation when required.
