Job summary

Kumon Malaysia is seeking a Junior Executive, Public Relations to support branding, communication, and promotional activities. The role focuses on coordinating communications and helping build awareness among parents and prospective instructors.

You will craft monthly posts, manage social channels, conduct student/parent interviews, collaborate with agencies, assist campaigns, and support CRM initiatives in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Understanding of parent concerns and expectations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly social media content, articles, and newsletters.
• Manage social media platforms, including responding to public enquiries and monitoring engagement.
• Conduct interviews with students and parents, and prepare related write-ups and stories.
• Liaise with external agencies on content proofreading and publication materials.
• Assist in planning and coordinating promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Support PR seminars, workshops, and events for prospective instructors.
• Assist in brand collaboration activities and partnership initiatives.
• Support CRM-related activities and database management.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the company from time to time.
