The role covers creating job files for export, import, and domestic movements, preparing documents, updating milestones, and generating operations reports from Logisys. A bachelor's degree and strong organization are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create export job files: BL/AWB drafts, manifests, shipping notes, and bookings.
• Create import job files and related documents (delivery note, uploads).
• Create domestic/rail job files and upload documents.
• Input sales and cost data and post verified payable invoices/CN.
• Update milestones (ATD, ATA, POD, etc.).
• Prepare operations reports from Logisys.

• f. Update milestone (Eg. ATA, POD & etc)

3. Domestics/Rail
