Job summary

Sourcebynet Pte Ltd (SBN) is hiring a Junior Operations Executive to support data maintenance, order processing, and coordination across Sales, Purchasing, Factory, and Logistics teams. You will ensure PO accuracy, product details, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements are handled promptly.

The role requires SPM or equivalent, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work with teams across offices and time zones, learning new systems and processes while meeting

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Able to work collaboratively in a virtual environment with team members located across different offices and countries.
• Comfortable communicating across time zones using Microsoft Teams, email and other collaboration tools.
• Willing to learn new systems, products and business processes.
• Able to prioritize tasks, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Register and maintain product master data, including new product creation, updates, and related documentation, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
• Assist in maintaining accurate customer records, product information, and order documentation in system.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Purchasing, Factory and Logistics)
• Ensure a high level of accuracy in all order processing activities, data entry, and documentation to minimize processing errors.
• Process customer orders creation accurately in the system according to established procedures and service standards.
• Handle assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while delivering excellent customer service.
• Verify customer purchase orders, product details, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements before order processing.
• Monitor order progress and follow up on production schedules, shipment arrangements, and customer delivery commitments.
• Support order amendments, delivery changes, and customer enquiries under the guidance of senior team members.
