Job summary

Scicom (MSC) Berhad is seeking a customer service representative in Malaysia. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures.

The role operates on a 6-month contract with RM2,000–RM2,500 monthly, plus medical coverage, 6 days of annual leave, and a quarterly performance allowance for confirmed staff. English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, with basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.
• Possess initiative and ability to work independently and as a team.
• Dynamic, highly motivated and result-oriented team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
