Scicom (MSC) Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an L1.0 Technical Support to deliver technical support and customer service to users and clients. You will handle calls and digital interactions, diagnose problems, and provide resolutions or dispatch services as needed.

The role emphasizes end-to-end case management, KPI achievement, and flexibility with shift times, with a work-from-home/remotely setup under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
Fresh graduate with good communication skills and basic technical handling experience.
Understanding of desktop, laptop and tablet hardware and technology.
Technical knowledge with problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in spoken and written English.
Commitment to team environment and leadership support when needed.

Responsibilities

Receive calls and digital interactions to assist customers with technical issues.
Diagnose problems and provide resolutions or dispatch for service.
