Job summary

PBA Systems (Pg) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role involves handling customer enquiries, creating quotations and coordinating order fulfilment under supervision of senior staff.

You will work with sales, production, and logistics, maintaining records and ensuring on-time delivery while supporting Mandarin-speaking customers. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or purchasing will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Can use computer with minimal supervision : MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, BC.
• Provides on-job guidance on systems (e.g., SAP/ERP, BC) throughout probation period.
• Can speak in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer enquiries through email and phone.
• Coordinate with sales, production/supplier, finance, WH logistics.
• Create and maintain customer records in the system and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor orders against available inventory and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Monitor and coordinate with vendor (on shipment arrangement/delivery schedules).
