Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting and administrative operations to keep office processes running smoothly.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and other basic accounting documents.
• Work with accounting and logistics software to keep operational and financial records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain organised filing, documentation and digital records for easy reference and follow-up.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
• Support month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure information and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Assist with general office administration and other duties as required.
