Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounting/Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations in Malaysia. You will handle invoices, payments, journal entries, and cash flow monitoring while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Process and record invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries accurately.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Prepare payment vouchers, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in AP/AR functions and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Verify staff claims and reimbursements.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Support auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities during audits and compliance reviews.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned by management.
