Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Network Operations Lead to manage end-to-end L2 operations. You will own incident, problem, and change processes, and act as the primary escalation point for major outages. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and OEMs to ensure rapid resolution and service delivery.

You will monitor SLA/KPI performance, drive improvements, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining documentation and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Network Operations, L2 or lead roles.
• Strong routing and switching expertise across enterprise networks.
• Ability to manage major incidents and escalations effectively.
• Proficient in RCA, change control, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end L2 Network Operations, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Serve as escalation point for major incidents and outages.
• Drive SLA/KPI compliance and continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate with L1/L3, vendors, OEMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead operational governance and daily operations reviews.
• Perform RCA for major incidents and implement preventive actions.
