Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, and ADC technologies. The role demands deep technical proficiency, solid incident and SLA management, and the ability to lead migrations and handover to operations.

You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, coordinate with vendors and ISPs during outages, run Major Incident Management calls, maintain documentation (SOPs, topology diagrams) and ensure project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
10–12 years of relevant enterprise network experience.
Experience working in ITIL-based service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as L3 escalation point for complex network incidents across LAN, WAN, Wireless, and ADC environments
Troubleshoot and resolve high-severity network issues within SLA
Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and drive incident resolution
Execute LAN/WAN Migration projects, including planning, implementation, and validation
Prepare and maintain network documentation including SOPs and topology diagrams
