Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, computers, peripherals, and related equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users and respond to support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, email, printer, and other IT issues.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Collaborate with app teams to develop and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, configurations, network information, and asset records.
• Administer IT assets and track allocation, movement, repair, and return.
• Conduct periodic IT asset audits and coordinate with vendors for support.
