Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an Associate degree with 5 years IT experience.
• Industry certification in Cisco networking, Microsoft systems, IP telephony, or storage is a plus.
• Strong people skills with experience handling user inquiries and solving IT problems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, deliver, modify, maintain, and support servers, network infrastructure and server hardware/OS.
• Provide support for operations/maintenance of desktops, printers, and telecom systems.
• Train users on desktop, network, and server resources and create/update user manuals.
