The Junior IT Executive is responsible for providing 1st level IT support and technical assistance, maintaining IT assets and systems, monitoring network services, and supporting IT projects and vendors. The role also provides operational backup and IT support coverage during team members' absence to ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain a high level of service to users.
Install, configure, maintain, and support company IT systems, computers, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users and respond to IT support requests in a timely manner.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, email, printer, photocopier, and other office IT equipment issues.
Assist with the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Microsoft applications, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Collaborate with application teams to develop, enhance, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, network information, user access records, IT procedures, asset records, and troubleshooting guides.
Administer IT assets and maintain accurate records of asset allocation, transfer, movement, repair, replacement, and return.
Conduct periodic IT asset audits and ensure that asset records are properly maintained and updated.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and system related issues when required.
Provide technical support for POS systems and other business applications where required.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
