Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff for computers, laptops, printers, network and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, Wi‑Fi and basic networking issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Assist with CCTV, access door systems, attendance systems and other IT-related systems.
• Manage basic user accounts, email accounts, passwords and system access.
• Perform regular IT equipment inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
• Liaise with IT vendors for repair, installation and maintenance when required.
• Provide basic guidance and support to staff on IT systems and software.
• Assist with IT setup and technical support at different branches, offices or project sites.
