Job summary

Pembinaan Jaya ZIra Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT support trainee or junior technician to assist with daily IT operations across multiple sites in Malaysia.

The role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, and supporting system installations and updates. The candidate should be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering and demonstrate a willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field is required or pursuing.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and IT troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic IT troubleshooting and technical support.
