Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in requirements analysis and software development.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Good communication skills – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the company’s HR & Payroll application system.
• Participate in system design, writing and implementing efficient code.
• Conduct and facilitate UAT and augmenting test scenarios to test solutions.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
• Manage Workday system configuration and integration for Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management.
• Collaborate with HR experts on system design decisions and process design.
